L'OAG est heureux de fournir des informations sur les paiements initiaux aux subdivisions de paiement direct et à l'État de New York dans le cadre des règlements relatifs aux opioïdes.
Les premiers paiements au titre des règlements avec McKesson Corporation, Cardinal Health et Amerisource Bergen ("distributeurs"), ont été effectués aux subdivisions de paiement direct et à l'État de New York en avril 2022. Des paiements supplémentaires dans le cadre des règlements avec Endo Health Solutions, Janssen, Allergan et les distributeurs sont attendus en 2022.
Les montants des paiements directs initiaux prévus pour les comtés et les plus grandes villes sont les suivants. Des fonds supplémentaires au titre de ces règlements seront distribués par l'intermédiaire du Bureau des services et de l'aide aux toxicomanes.
